During his high school years, he decided to take a 4 year class on Networking, where he learned hands-on how Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Access Points function, how to configure them for the corporate network, how to configure them for and how to troubleshoot and manage them. He was certified in TestOut Networking Pro, TestOut PC Pro, and Cisco CCNAv7: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials. Timothy’s previous education allows him to efficiently resolve complex technical issues while maintaining composure during stress-filled situations. Whether it’s troubleshooting network problems, repairing hardware, implementing new software solutions, and more, he is always up to the challenge to make sure the client is satisfied with the solutions provided.
